Reasons Why, 619, 636

Published in commemoration of the Great War Centennial, 619, 636 Reasons Why is the author's promise of Remembrance. Numbering a symbolic 100 pages, this anthology is small yet nevertheless impactful, reflecting on the "reasons why" Canadians participated in the First World War. 

Consisting of 14 poems and one short story, the collection follows the war chronologically, depicting the narrator to be in a dream while lying "amongst the stones" of the Vimy Memorial in France. Filled with insight and heart, the anthology reflects on the impact the First World War had on both the Front Lines and the Home Front.
